Esta modificaci\u00f3n, cuyo objetivo es permitir la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas viviendas, facilitar\u00e1 que los j\u00f3venes puedan asentarse en la localidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pueblo de Har\u00eda es el \u00fanico beneficiado de esta medida, que reduce la parcela m\u00ednima para la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas de 1.000 a 500 metros cuadrados. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El despoblamiento es uno de los principales retos que enfrenta Har\u00eda.
